Women's Wellness
HELPING WOMEN DISCOVER THEIR INNER POWER
HELPING WOMEN OF ALL AGES AND FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE
Get Empowered!
It is commonly known that women feel as though it is their job to nurture and please everyone around them. They pour their energy into other people, focusing on the wants and needs of others, while ignoring their own. Sometimes this feels good and natural; sometimes it feels exhausting, but for many, it’s a way of life.

Women tend to take on the role of being accommodating, making sure everyone else is happy, minimizing her own needs and desires in the process. This can lead to feelings of not being worthy, self-doubt, stress, fatigue and loneliness, to name a few.

How Can Horses Empower You?
Horses are prey animals, in order to survive, they must be present in every moment and universally aware of their surroundings.

Horses communicate primarily through body language and must be intensely aware of the actions and behaviours of others. Their characteristics of universal awareness, living in the present, and dependence on non-verbal communication, are vastly different from those of human beings. However; they are also the characteristics that give horses the unique ability to help us truly see ourselves to the depths of our being.

Our behaviour as humans is manifested from different emotional states, these states could be fear, stress, anxiety, depression, and a host of emotions. Horses are aware of our emotional state when we interact with them. They can sense our emotions through our body language, even in the most subtle of ways. If we are acting one way but feeling another, a horse will know it. Horses show us exactly who we are by reacting to the messages we are sending. The instant and non-judgmental feedback the horse provides offers us an opportunity to modify our behaviour. Horses teach us to be ‘present’ in a mindset of peace, calm, and balance.

If we are willing to listen, horses can empower us to re-think our perceptions of ourselves and of the world around us. They can teach us how to recognize the things that do not serve us and help us to discover our authentic selves.
If we can see ourselves through horse’s eyes and from their perspective, we can transform our relationships not only with horses, but with each other, and most importantly, with ourselves.

Our programs help women of all ages and from all walks of life to empower themselves, revitalize their lives, and fill their hearts and souls with joy, love and inspiration.
